This Mopar integrated trailer brake control module (Part Number: 82215040AC) allows the driver to automatically or manually control the electronic braking system during towing operations and is mainly responsible for producing greater stopping power when driving on downhill roads.

The trailer brake control module can be mounted on the center or dashboard of your Ram so you can view the display and toggle its various controls with ease. The module has a control lever for activating the trailer brakes that are independent of your truck. Since it uses electrical circuits and trailer gain settings, it provides convenient control over the braking power and force of the trailer to prevent collisions when decreasing speed.

This accessory consists of the following parts:

three hex screws

Its installation period inside the center console can last up to one hour only.
